Tent or a basha (can be provided)
3-4 season sleeping bag
A sleeping matt (recommend a thermarest)
Change of clothing 2 complete sets

First aid kit (personal medication/pain killers)
Insect repellent (recommend skin so soft moisturiser from an Avon agent)
Note book pencil
Drinking bottle
Head torch with spare batteries

Waterproofs (dark colours please)
Swim costume changing towel

Field guides (some are provided)
Camera, spare batteries. There will be a place to charge batteries.
Binoculars spotting scopes (if you own one)

CLOTHING

Good outdoor clothing that you are used to wearing is essential, consideration to clothing that is quick to dry and drab colours. Combat trousers are good. Waterproof/wind proof jackets that don't rustle please. Hiking boots with a good grip and Wellingtons for very wet weather, you should also bring a change of foot wear trainers. Several pairs of socks 2 per day and foot powder.
Clothing may be damaged by sparks so natural materials are better (wool) don't bring your most expensive stuff.

SPECIALIST COURSES

Some of the courses may require additional consideration (knife craft 1-2/ knife making) tough work wear. Please enquire before booking.
Some kit can be loaned for the duration with a small deposit and may be purchased for you before you attend the course.
