BUSHTRUCK TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before sending your booking form please read these terms and conditions as once we have received your booking form you have entered in to a legal contract with Bushtruck.
AGREEMENT
Once we have received your booking form, and the cheque has cleared we will send you confirmation and more information of the course.
PAYMENT
£50 deposit is required when you send the booking form. All payment must be settled in full 8 weeks before the course start date. Failure to do this will result in you not being guaranteed a place on your chosen course and you will lose your deposit, and we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Booking the course any time within the 8 weeks of the start date we will require full payment.
CANCELLATION BY STUDENT
If you cancel you’re booking 8 weeks before the course start date you will be fully refunded. If you cancel after that period of 8 weeks you will loose your £50 deposit, and cancellation 4 weeks before the course start date you will loose all monies.
CANCELLATION BY BUSHTRUCK
Cancellation by Bushtruck at any time before the course start date, your course will be rescheduled to a later date, or fully refunded.
CLIENT CONDUCT
Bushtruck clients are to abide by the Bushtruck code of conduct at all times, failure to abide by these rules will result in you being removed from the course. Bushtruck reserves the right to expel any person who we feel are disruptive, abusive or aggressive, and in any way affects the safety and well being of other students and staff. Wilful damage to property will result in prosecution. Any parents or teachers must maintain the control of children at all times
INSURANCE
Bushtruck recommends that you provide your own comprehensive insurance for the full duration of the course. This insurance must cover all your belongings. Bushtruck will accept no liability for loss, or damage to property.
LIABILITY
Bushtruck is not responsible for loss or damage to your belongings this includes your equipment, clothing, money, or your vehicle. Bushtruck is not responsible for any incident which occurs as a result of you not following Bushtruck instructions. Bushtruck will not accept responsibility for injury as a result of negligence or wilful disobedience of written or verbal instructions by the staff.
Publications
During the course photographs may be taken and published on our web site.
Travelling to the location
You are solely responsible for arriving at the course destination on time by your own means, if you have any queries please contact us.
