We have included postage and packaging for customers in mainland UK zone 1(Royal Mail). We can deliver to BFPO, U.K. Islands and mainland Europe but the price for shipping will have to be altered.  All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

 

We offer a 14 day guarantee; you can return it to us in its original condition. (With all packaging and a copy of the original receipt) please enclose a note explaining what is wrong, some products are excluded from the guarantee and are clearly marked as such next to the product name. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, you must contact us as soon as you have an issue with the order. We recommend that all items be returned either by recorded delivery with adequate insurance.  We will refund the postage cost.

 

We've selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from the commercial use of our products. If you have to return an item because of an error on our part or, as part of our returns policy, or it has been damaged or defective, we will refund the postage cost of returning it to us. We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging, or if you have returned the incorrect items. A charge per item will be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.
